The module supports RGB interface and adopts IPS panel, with left: 80/right: 80/top: 80/bottom: 80 degrees (typical value) wide viewing angle, contrast 1000:1 (typical value), brightness 350 cd/m² (typical value), bright glass panel, aspect ratio 1:1.
The TFT040B039 module is built-in with ST7701S controller IC, and the interface power supply voltage range is 2.5V~3.3V, with a typical value of 2.8V.
TFT040B039 model has a working temperature range of -20 ℃ to+70 ℃; The storage temperature range is -30 ℃~+80 ℃.
