This 0.69 inch OLED Display module is built-in with SSD1312 IC; it supports the I²C interface, the supply voltage for logic is 2.8V (VDD), and the supply voltage for display is 8V(VCC). The current with 50% checkerboard display is 7.5V (for white color), driving duty 1/16.
